Need to File a Claim With Us? It’s Easy.
Veritas makes the claim filing process a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to get you back on the road! Please review our easy step-by-step guide on how to file your claims.
1.
HAVE YOUR DEALERSHIP OR REPAIR FACILITY CALL US
To start the claim process, your dealership or repair facility should call us at (888) 740-6170. Claims can ONLY be filed by the facility repairing your vehicle. Claims cannot be filed by you directly.
2.
YOUR DEALERSHIP OR REPAIR FACILITY WILL SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE
We will ask your dealership or repair facility to send us an estimate showing what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be repaired or replaced.
3.
WE REVIEW THE ESTIMATE
Our friendly, US-based adjusters review the estimate with the dealership or repair facility and go over each part to review coverage and authorize the repair.
4.
WE AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR
Once the claim is approved, we authorize the repair and the repair work begins.
5.
ONCE COMPLETE, WE PAY THE BILL!
It’s that easy! Once all the work is complete, we pay the dealership or repair facility directly, so you don’t have to. You are only responsible for your deductible (if you have one).
